It is 100% Italian durum wheat semolina pasta, dried at a slow, low temperature using only natural ingredients such as squid ink, turmeric, spinach, beetroot and paprika. For its preparation, we use only water coming from the springs of the Carnic Alps that surround our territory. No preservatives or artificial colourings.
